Compassionate Therapy for Anxiety, Trauma & Self-Worth
in South Pasadena
I'm glad you're here.
If you’re constantly overthinking, second-guessing yourself, or feeling like you’re never quite “enough,” there’s often a deeper reason for it. You might seem like you have it together on the outside, but learned early on to prioritize others, meet expectations, and carry responsibility while your own needs went unseen. Over time, this can show up as anxiety, people-pleasing, self-doubt, and a harsh inner critic.
Together, we’ll gently untangle these patterns at their root, helping you quiet the internal pressure, reconnect with your needs, and build a more grounded, confident, and self-compassionate sense of self. You can finally slow down, feel understood, and begin to make meaningful, lasting changes in how you relate to yourself and others.
You are worthy of a safe space to be heard and grow.
Find clarity, comfort, and strength in our collaborative sessions-I'm here to help you thrive
