Hi, I'm Lauren, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) trained in EMDR. I specialize in working with adults and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges. I help clients heal childhood wounds, process distressing memories, and shift unhelpful patterns so they can feel more grounded, confident, and connected.
I offer in-person therapy in South Pasadena and virtual therapy for clients anywhere in California. I accept Aetna insurance and also offer private-pay therapy. Sessions are available in English and Spanish.
